ARENGY is a Digital and Engineering Services Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe. We are partnering with one of the leader of Digital Aerospace Technologies, for an important project in Abu Dhabi. Among the different activities we are delivering on the project we are looking for an Experienced Project Management Officer.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the PMO function on a portfolio of services support programs both SLAs and FOS contracts to support the Project Managers with project structuring strategy definition and implementation progress reporting including workload schedule updates forecast to complete variance identification and opportunities for improvement .

  • Deploy Group processes methods and tools applicable to Project Management target Operating Model

  • Consolidate nonfinancial data for BORs Bid Project dashboards

  • Establish and monitor project management performance indicators appropriate to the projects within the portfolio

  • Build and maintain a workload plan for ongoing and future project activities within the portfolio

  • Coordinate risks analysis and monitor the updates throughout the project lifecycle

  • Works closely with the project Contracts Manager to efficiently report performance and record issues that negatively impact the project to support claim management

  • Attend Core Team Project reviews internal and when appropriate with Customer reviews to report on schedule updates forecast to complete variance identification and opportunities for improvement

  • Deploy Lessons Learnt practices over the project lifecycle

  • Implement Project management Process improvement initiatives

  • Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with customers

  • Ensures full compliance to Company safety and quality procedures

Skills + Experience

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in relevant field Professional Qualification in Project Management.

  • 5 years of experience of working on large scale and multicountries Projects

  • 5 years of experience in managing Project Management Office

  • Experience in large multidiscipline and entities projects is a plus

  • Experience of implementing embedding new PMO processes governance model

  • Able to understand the baseline programme timeline and work with the project team identifying risks and issues that could impact the delivery plan

  • Able to engage and motivate people Provide coaching to the Project Managers in all functions of the PMO

  • Excellent verbal written communication presentation skills questioning listening and negotiating skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach Attention to detail

  • Good Time management skills Coordinating and updating project plans documents

  • Ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritize and work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
