We are partnering with a client on one of the largest smart city project. Among the different activities we are delivering on the project we are looking for an People Analytics Specialist.
Job Responsibilities
This is a vital position as a People Analytics specialist - who will Lead from the front in Defining the People Analytics strategy for the tech business This is a large brand-new greenfield project and would suit a People Analytics specialist interested in working on the latest concepts in tech / data analytics / people analysis and HR analytics. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to work on an exclusive project with other Technologists and People Analytics team working with he C Suite for the Company.
Develop innovative analytical solutions that deliver accurate, and timely insights.
Build, maintain, and improve reporting solutions that meet the needs of the stakeholders.
Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their true requirements and deliver the insights they need.
Help maintain and create data sources following best practices to ensure sustainability and reliability of the data.
Skills + Experience
Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related experience 3+ years of experience analysing and reporting people data. Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data handling tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, etc.) Exceptional organizational and project management skills Experience in People Analytics
