ARENGY is a Digital and Engineering Services Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe. We are partnering with one of the leading Food Industry Group for an important project in Dubai. Among the different activities we are delivering on the project we are looking for an IT Digital Transformation Sr. Analyst.

Job Responsibilities

The IT Digital Transformation Sr. Analyst is responsible to serve and provide sustainable and innovative solutions. Will lead the implementation of multiple improvement & transformation projects in line with the company’s strategy 

  • Supporting and managing the implementation of various IT projects with a focus on Digital Transformation 

  • Responsible for the development and execution of the digital strategy in conjunction with the business area 

  • In connection with the Commercial, Marketing and Technology areas 

  • Act under 360 ° view of E-commerce (Definition, Planning, Implementation and Support) 

  • Partner with all stakeholders to define, design, configure, test, and implement solutions 

  • Follow up the implementation of scheduled changes and ensure availability of IT environments to not disrupt existing functionality on productive environments. 

  • Evaluate concurrent demands conflicts and drive best-in-class solutions for Business 

  • Design user experiences accelerate the development and expansion of e-solutions aiming mobility and automated solutions

Skills + Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business field or similar

  • UX and UI Design

  • Knowledge of eCommerce best practices 

  • Experience mentoring teams/individuals on agile techniques, design thinking, customer value, product management, etc 

  • Experience in Mobility Projects 

  • Agile project management methodologies 

  • IT Governance Processes • Knowledge in Analytics 

  • Should be Customer centric, achieve customer satisfaction and maintain proper perspective in all activities 

  • 2 years implementing Cloud, mobile solutions 

  • 3 years Managing IT Projects 

  • Communicates effectively 

  • Action oriented • Manages complexity 

  • Ensures accountability 

  • Optimizes work processes 

  • Courage 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
