ARENGY is a Digital and Engineering Services Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe. We are partnering with one of the leading industrial manufacturing for an important project in Abu Dhabi. Among the different activities we are delivering on the project we are looking for an Industry 4.0 Global Program Manager.
Job Responsibilities
For this role, you should have end-to-end understanding of all, and in-depth multi-project knowledge and experience with at least some of the following manufacturing technologies and trends
Automation and Robotics
PLCs and SCADA
Computer Vision Analysis
Internet of Things / Connected Devices
Analytics for Product Quality
Manufacturing Efficiency
Asset Performance Management
Augmented Reality
Edge Computing
Acoustic Analysis
IT/OT Integration
Manufacturing Execution Systems
Plant Asset Maintenance
Manufacturing Execution systems
Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of manufacturing adjacent functions such as Product Lifecycle Management, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Inventory Control, reflecting how they interact with both Manufacturing and each other, key performance metrics, and how each function contributes to overall company performance. You should have experience applying broad technology trends such as mobile devices, AI/ML, cloud enablement to manufacturing. Knowledge of basic manufacturing related accounting practices is also helpful for developing business cases for change.
Skills + Experience
Master degree with 12+ years of increasing responsibility and track record of success in a consultative or industry relevant role for Industrial Sector clients, which includes verticals in Consumer Products Company, Process Manufacturing, Experience with Agile development methodologies Client relationship management and account management skills with experience in selling and delivering mid-to-large size deals Excellent people management skills with strong focus on quality delivery
