ARENGY is a Digital and Engineering Services Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe. We are partnering with one of the leading aircraft engine manufacturer for an important project in Dubai. Among the different activities we are delivering on the project we are looking for an Field Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities
As a Field Service Representative , you’ll support aircraft system and work to provide technical guidance to the customer by establishing and maintaining a close liaison with relevant sections of the customer’s organization, Customer Support, Engineering and Program Management.
Support Mission Care - Program Accountable to the Site Manager and lead in executing Program and Deployed Services responsibilities Backfill others in the event of absences, temporary duty away from home station, etc
Comply with any requirement to relocate assignment as determined by the business and / or the customer to ensure company business objectives and contract deliverables are met and customer operational requirements are supported
Provide technical support and advise on all aspects of engine operation, aircrew debriefs, flight line troubleshooting, shop maintenance procedures, acceptance criteria, test procedures and future modification requirements.
Provide engine-based OJT for the contractor mechanic
Perform engine module and component life tracking, condition reporting, and regular data reports to the Customer Attend and participate in numerous technical meetings / reviews with the Customer
Skills + Experience
Bachelor`s degree with 6+ years of experience in jet engine maintenance and/or an aviation in-field customer support role. Strong technical and theoretical knowledge and aptitude of jet engine design, construction, and systems operation Experience with turbine engine operability, performance, and control processes Computer competency using Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
