Job Description

ARENGY is a Digital and Engineering Services Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe. We are partnering with one of the leader of Interoperable and secure information and telecommunications systems for defence, security, and civil operators on some important project in Dubai. Among the different activities we are delivering on the project we are looking for an Cybersecurity Lab Manager.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities of successful candidate include:

  • Lead the day to day operations of the service

  • Manage technical staff • Ensure that defined KPIs are achieved

  • Propose new ways to increase the activity in the facility with novel training, development and research service offerings

  • Ensure Support and maintenance activities and ensure service continuity

  • To support the Service Manager and DESC when meeting new clients and developing adequate training solutions

  • Support the Service Manager and DESC with planning and scheduling

  • To support the development and the delivery of cybersecurity courses

Skills + Experience

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or Data Science

  • Relevant Accreditations and knowledge in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc

  • + 7 years’ experience in ICT with focus on Cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, IDS, Endpoint Protection, SIEM).

  • +3 years’ experience in Cybersecurity

  • +3 years’ experience in support/maintenance services

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Good combination between analytical and pragmatic skills

  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
