Ferreol Marande
Ferreol is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer at ARENGY. He is a former Navy Officer and possesses an active Commercial Pilot License on Helicopters.
He completed a Master's degree in Automotive, Railway and Aerospace Engineering, followed by a Master in Management. He reinforced his leadership skills by participating in INSEAD's Advanced Management Program in 2016.
As a Corporate Entrepreneur he contributed to the amazing growth of a world leader in Engineering Services for about two decades. He developed the Aerospace Business Unit in France, led the Railway and Space sectors in Italy, and expanded activities in Aerospace, Railway & Life Science in the USA. More importantly, he spent 9 years in the Middle East where, as a CEO, he opened the offices in Dubai and Doha, built up a strong team, and successfully developed projects transforming mobility with smart solutions across the region.
Ferreol's interest in people empowerment and their career development has been key to building a strong and committed team. Together with his founding partner Mehdi, their mission is to offer unique opportunities of career development to our consultants and to serve customers with integrity, commitment, and hard work.
Mehdi Cherif
Mehdi is the Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer of ARENGY.
He holds a double Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Data Analytics from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (INP ENSIACET), and began his career in IT Solutions consulting at a leading international consulting firm.
Throughout his career, Mehdi has developed a strong expertise in building high-performing teams and scalable organizational structures. His professional experience across four countries, France, China, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada, has given him a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and the ability to bring together best practices from each environment.
Over the past decade, Mehdi has worked in close collaboration with Ferreol across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Their shared values and aligned vision for expert consultancy naturally led to the co-founding of ARENGY, built on four core values: Excellence, Passion, Empowerment, and Integrity.
Mary Rose Puri
Mary Rose is the Talent Acquisition Manager at ARENGY, bringing over 11 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, with expertise in strategic recruitment, team leadership, and workforce planning.
Throughout her career, she has held key roles within leading global organizations, developing a strong understanding of diverse business environments and complex hiring requirements across international markets.
At ARENGY, Mary Rose has played a key role in establishing and developing the company's technical recruitment function. She leads the Talent Acquisition team, strengthening client partnerships and connecting highly skilled professionals with career opportunities that support business growth.

Nathalia Montes
Nathalia Montes is the Finance & Admin Manager at ARENGY, bringing 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with expertise in financial reporting, project accounting, tax compliance, and financial operations.
Nathalia plays an integral role in managing the financial activities that support ARENGY's day-to-day operations, covering financial reporting, project accounting, cash flow, payroll, banking, and compliance. She also supports the company's administrative operations, working closely with management and teams across the business to maintain strong financial controls and ensure financial and operational priorities remain aligned.
Beyond the numbers, Nathalia brings financial insight into the wider business, helping management understand the financial position of the business and make informed decisions. Her practical and hands-on approach focuses on accuracy, accountability, and providing the financial visibility needed to support ARENGY's continued growth.
